Are you a driven and experienced Commercial Insurance professional looking for your next challenge? Join One Broker (part of the Jensten Group) as an Account Executive in our successful and growing Charity Insurance team. This role has become available due to continued growth, offering you an exciting opportunity to focus exclusively on expanding our Charity Insurance business. You will have access to a provided prospect list and memberships with key organisations to support networking and growth. Working with two well-established Charity Insurance schemes, backed by trusted insurers, you can feel confident in the solutions you deliver.
We provide an excellent and competitive commission scheme, a role with autonomy and trust, and the chance to learn from experienced executives in this specialist sector. You will enjoy the flexibility of a fully remote role, with the option to work from your nearest Jensten office whenever you choose. While the role is remote, we would prefer candidates to be based in Yorkshire, Scotland, or the North West, with proximity to Liverpool or Birmingham being advantageous for networking and client visits.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Drive new business growth in the Charity sector (building from an inherited book if preferred)
- Work from a prospect list and generate your own leads and opportunities, applying an entrepreneurial approach
- Leverage memberships with key organisations to network and build relationships
- Present tailored insurance and risk management solutions to secure new business
- Build strong, lasting relationships with clients virtually or in person
- Ensure compliance with FCA regulations and internal standards
What We’re Looking For
You are a confident communicator and natural relationship builder with a background in Commercial Insurance. You are motivated by success and committed to delivering outstanding service.
You will ideally have:
- Proven experience in insurance sales and client management (Charity sector experience desirable)
- Excellent communication and networking skills
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively
- Strong organisational skills and the ability to prioritise effectively
- Cert CII qualification (or working towards it) – desirable
- Experience with Acturis – desirable
