We're looking for Trainee Account Handler to join our Jensten Motor Trade New Business team. Based from our Bexleyheath office, you'll be trained to learn to provide exceptional service to our clients, support business growth, and help the Account Handler team. This is a fantastic opportunity to develop your career within a dynamic and growing insurance broker. This role could be ideal for a school leaver or would consider a 2nd jobber.
Some key accountabilities will include:
- Help with insurance solutions including insurance policies and other risk management solutions, with purpose to secure new business
- Work closely with the Account Handler team, assisting where needed
- Assist in team performance and help provide solutions
- Learn and understand client’s business operations, opportunities and risks and their approach to risk management and insurance
- Ensure compliance with local procedures, customer service standards and external compliance regulations, e.g. FCA
As our Trainee Account Handler, you’ll have good communication and written skills with a keen eye for detail. You will be the type of person who wants to constantly develop, and you can expect fantastic career progression, training & development within the role and Insurance Industry in general. You will also be or have:
- Insurance industry background or understanding of the basics of Insurance is desirable but not essential
- Great customer service and communication skills
- Excellent telephone manner, being able to build working relationships easily
- Drive and genuine passion to learn and develop within Insurance
- Good attention to detail and can multi-task, updating relevant systems and admin
