Henry Seymour & Co (part of the Jensten Group) have an exciting opportunity for a Sales Executive to join our well-established team in Sutton. This role sits within our successful and fast-growing Digital Schemes division, where you'll support commercial customers across a range of insurance products, including Tradesmen, Hair & Beauty, and Business Professionals. You'll start full time in the office, with hybrid working (up to two days per week from home) available once training is complete.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Handling inbound enquiries and identifying customers’ insurance needs
- Providing clear and accurate guidance, preparing quotations, and setting up suitable business insurance policies
- Following up on previous quotations and warm leads by making proactive outbound calls
- Delivering excellent customer service, ensuring fair treatment of customers and adhering to all FCA guidelines and company standards
- Taking payments securely and maintaining accurate records throughout every interaction
This is a fantastic role for someone who is motivated by sales, enjoys speaking with customers, and is looking to build a long-term career in insurance. Whether you already have experience in insurance or come from another professional sales or customer service environment, we'd love to hear from you.
You will also bring:
- Confident verbal and written communication skills
- Good working knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook
- A genuine interest in developing your career within the insurance/broking sector
- A desire to work towards CII qualifications (ideally)
- Previous experience in a professional office environment (advantageous but not essential)
