My client will invest in your development every step of the way – with training, mentoring, and full support towards becoming a qualified Financial Adviser.

What you’ll be doing

  • Work closely with senior advisers, joining client meetings and seeing first-hand how trusted financial advice is delivered.
  • Research markets, products, and solutions across pensions, investments, mortgages, and protection.
  • Prepare reports, plans, and recommendations that help clients achieve their goals.
  • Build your confidence in client conversations and relationship management.
  • Study towards professional qualifications with dedicated support and study leave.
  • Progress towards managing your own client portfolio once qualified.

What we’re looking for

  • Ambition, curiosity, and the drive to build a long-term career in financial planning.
  • Strong communication skills – you’ll enjoy talking to people and earning their trust.
  • Good problem-solving and analytical ability.
  • A willingness to learn, adapt, and study towards the CII Diploma in Regulated Financial Planning (sponsored by us).
  • Ideally, a degree and prior experience in a financial services roles.
