Are you a Paraplanner that wants more client facing opportunities with the view of spearheading the Financial Planning for a boutique Investment firm in the near future?
My client is a boutique DFM business that provides objective advice and bespoke investment management solutions to ensure that their client’s wealth is put in the best position to grow. They have solutions to manage all their clients’ family’s wealth through the different generations and life stages. For much of their client base, they spend many years looking to build wealth towards retirement and then manage it effectively once clients are retired.
They are now looking to hire a client-facing Paraplanner to be a specialist in the Financial Planning space to take the lead on the Financial Planning side of the firm, as the role develops. Initially, you will be attending all client meetings with the MD and working alongside him to propose FP solutions for clients, whilst being expected to collate the report writing activities and administration that goes alongside the FP part of the business.
In time, my client expects that this individual will be the main point of contact for all Financial Planning requirements within the firm and be the figurehead of a newly established FP division. This is a huge opportunity to take full ownership of the FP service provided to clients.
Experience Required
My client expects someone to hold their level 4 qualification, either from CII or CISI, as a minimum. You will also be expected to have at least 5 years' industry experience.
