Jenson Fisher is delighted to be partnering with our long-standing client based in Stirling to recruit an Accounts Assistant on a permanent, full-time basis. Working as part of a vibrant team, the Accounts Assistant will report into the Management Accountant for this highly successful group of companies and will be tasked largely with maintaining accurate financial records.
As a key part of the accounts team, with a focus on ensuring the accuracy and organisation of financial information, your daily duties will include:
- Processing financial transactions using financial software to maintain up-to-date records.
- Ensuring proper management of financial information for ease of access.
- Performing bank reconciliations as required.
- Assisting in the preparation of financial reports and statements to support decision-making.
- Reconciling the balance sheet and addressing discrepancies promptly.
- Processing and reconciling employee expense reports, adhering to company policies and procedures.
Requirements:
- Previous experience in a similar accounts administration role preferred.
- Proficiency in financial software and MS Office Suite, particularly Excel.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and record-keeping.
- Good communication skills to collaborate effectively with team members and resolve issues efficiently.
