Jenson Fisher is delighted to be partnering with our long-standing client based in Stirling to recruit an Accounts Assistant on a permanent, full-time basis. Working as part of a vibrant team, the Accounts Assistant will report into the Management Accountant for this highly successful group of companies and will be tasked largely with maintaining accurate financial records.

As a key part of the accounts team, with a focus on ensuring the accuracy and organisation of financial information, your daily duties will include:

  1. Processing financial transactions using financial software to maintain up-to-date records.
  2. Ensuring proper management of financial information for ease of access.
  3. Performing bank reconciliations as required.
  4. Assisting in the preparation of financial reports and statements to support decision-making.
  5. Reconciling the balance sheet and addressing discrepancies promptly.
  6. Processing and reconciling employee expense reports, adhering to company policies and procedures.

Requirements:

  1. Previous experience in a similar accounts administration role preferred.
  2. Proficiency in financial software and MS Office Suite, particularly Excel.
  3. Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and record-keeping.
  4. Good communication skills to collaborate effectively with team members and resolve issues efficiently.
