What you'll be doing:
- Work closely with senior advisers, joining client meetings and seeing first‐hand how trusted financial advice is delivered.
- Research markets, products, and solutions across pensions, investments, mortgages, and protection.
- Prepare reports, plans, and recommendations that help clients achieve their goals.
- Build your confidence in client conversations and relationship management.
- Study towards professional qualifications with dedicated support and study leave.
- Progress towards managing your own client portfolio once qualified.
What we're looking for:
- Ambition, curiosity, and the drive to build a long‐term career in financial planning.
- Strong communication skills – you'll enjoy talking to people and earning their trust.
- Good problem‐solving and analytical ability.
- A willingness to learn, adapt, and study towards the CII Diploma in Regulated Financial Planning (sponsored by the company).
