My client is a Global Wealth & Asset Management business with over £20bn AUM and around 300 employees that specialise in providing solutions to HNW & UHNW individuals, families, institutions and charities. They are now looking for a number of Investment Management Administrators to join their team as their period of growth continues. You will be expected to provide excellent client service to a dedicated selection of private clients and assist with onboarding for new clients too.
Responsibilities:
- Client Onboarding
- Supporting clients and intermediaries throughout the onboarding lifecycle, including but not limited to:
- Assisting clients with documentation completion
- Advising clients on Source of Wealth and KYC requirements
- Monitoring progress of account opening and providing regular updates to both clients and client owners
- Communicating with external service providers including but not limited to; third party custodians, pension providers and incumbent custodians
- Assisting in the co-ordination of new assets being transferred into client accounts
- Co-ordination of credit documentation and requirements for mortgage and lending when required
- Completion of simple tax forms when required
- Ensuring that client account opening packs are compliant and up to date when required
- Processing client requests, including but not limited to:
- Withdrawals
- New account set ups
- ISA subscriptions
- Transfers of assets
- Account closures
Experience:
- Minimum of 1 year working within a similar support style role within Investment Management or Wealth Management
- Some progress towards exams will be advantageous
