We’re on the hunt for a proactive and detail-oriented Investment Manager's Assistant to join our client's West London office and support their team of Investment Managers in delivering outstanding service to clients and prospects. What You'll Be Doing:

  • Providing vital support to Investment Managers to ensure seamless client experiences.
  • Acting as the first point of contact—answering calls, handling enquiries, and directing messages efficiently.
  • Welcoming clients with professionalism and warmth, ensuring their visit is smooth and enjoyable.
  • Managing essential administrative duties, including handling client correspondence, completing forms, and filing documentation.
  • Setting up and maintaining meeting rooms for client and prospect engagements.
  • Keeping investment materials, brochures, and product packs up to date and presentable.
  • Monitoring office supplies and ensuring the team has everything they need to excel.

What We're Looking For:

  • A strong educational background (at least A-level or equivalent, preferably in relevant subjects).
  • Previous experience in administration—financial services experience is a plus but not essential.
  • Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • A proactive mindset with high standards for work quality.
