Jenson Fisher, have been engaged, on an exclusive basis, by a highly successful organisation based in Glasgow City Centre to recruit a Finance Team Leader on a full-time permanent basis. This role would suit an experienced Finance Team Leader looking to progress their career within a dynamic business. This is a fantastic opportunity to work in a great culture for a forward-thinking company My client offers an attractive benefits package.The main duties: Supporting the Cashier Manager in managing a team of nine cashiers Coordinating the team to meet mandatory, regular deadlines and SLAs, and supporting the team in achieving these targets. Supporting the Cashier Manager in developing and coaching of team members; Maintaining communications with key external stakeholders. Supporting the Cashier Manager to develop new robust processes, enhancements and changes to processes and documenting as appropriate. Participating in projects and carry out any other duties that maybe outside the standard remit to ensure outcomes are met.
