Jenson Fisher are delighted to be working in partnership with a globally renowned business based in Perth to recruit a Finance Administrator on a permanent, full time basis. Working as part of a small, established and productive team, the Finance Administrator will play a key role in ensuring that transactional and administrative deadlines are achieved on a daily basis whilst also contributing to the smooth running of the monthly financial reporting.
You will ideally have strong exposure to both finance and administration and your responsibilities will include:
- Processing payments on a daily basis and recording appropriately.
- Uploading payment details to the financial software.
- Calculating and processing expense payments.
- Reconciling supplier statements.
- Booking travel for senior members of the business and organising diaries.
- General administration including managing the email inbox and liaising with both external customers and internal colleagues.
