My client are a highly prestigious, independently owned and award-winning wealth management firm servicing clients throughout the UK with over Β£9bn in AUM. Since the 90s, they have been advising clients how to save, plan and invest for their families and futures. In a time when many businesses are moving to digital-only services, some of their greatest assets include the collective expertise of their people and the personal nature of the service they provide. They also pride themselves on being innovative in their approach, as they always look for new and distinctive ways to improve the service they offer to clients.
They now have an opportunity for a Paraplanner to join their Wealth Management division to assist Wealth Managers with the delivery of Wealth Planning services to new and existing clients, through the production of wealth planning reports.
Responsibilities- Liaise with Wealth Planning administrators and Wealth Planners to ensure all required information for report production is obtained in a timely manner
- Ensure product research is kept up to date
- Production of client reports within agreed timescales
- Obtain and prepare paperwork required for client meetings and business submission
- Deal with all forms of client communications including, where necessary, arranging client meetings for the Wealth Planners
- Build technical Knowledge to achieve chartered financial planner status
- Educated to degree level or equivalent
- DipPFS or equivalent as a minimum
- 12 months experience of financial report writing
- Previous use of First software or Intelliflo is advantageous
- Previous use of Voyant or alternative Cashflow software is advantageous
