Aufgaben
- Weltweite technische Unterstützung der Werksvertretungen sowie Sales- und Service vor Ort im Bereich unseres gesamten Produktportfolios Waschraumtechnologie
- Fehlerdiagnosen an Anlagen sowie Störungsbeseitigungen
- Verantwortlichkeit für die Installation, Inbetriebnahme und Abnahme unserer Maschinen sowie entsprechender Service und Wartung
- Telefonische Unterstützung / Zusammenarbeit mit dem Service im Innendienst
- Direkter Bericht an den Serviceleiter
Qualifikation
- Sie verfügen vorzugsweise über eine abgeschlossene Ausbildung als Mechatroniker oder vergleichbaren Beruf
- Fundiertes Wissen auf den Gebieten Mechanik, Elektrik und Programmierung
- Erfahrungen mit Installationen und Wartungsarbeiten an kompletten Anlagen sowie auch an Einzel-Anlagen
- Gute Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift, gern auch eine weitere Fremdsprache
- Besitz einer Pkw-Fahrerlaubnis
- Sie verfügen über ein überdurchschnittlich hohes Engagement und sind es gewohnt, auch unter Zeitdruck selbständig und professionell zu agieren und verantwortungsbewusste Entscheidungen zu treffen
- Sie sind in der Lage, Situationen im Interesse unserer Kunden zu beurteilen, Prioritäten festzulegen und geeignete Maßnahmen einzuleiten und nachdrücklich zu verfolgen
- Sie zeichnen sich durch eine sehr hohe Kundenorientierung, Freundlichkeit und Teamfähigkeit aus
