As a National Sales Manager, you will drive national sales growth and business expansion for our innovative heart valve portfolio. You will partner with China based Teams, Field Clinical Specialists, and cross-functional leaders to deliver comprehensive clinical and technical guidance, enabling physicians and care teams to achieve expert proficiency with our devices and deliver exceptional patient outcomes.
Success in this role requires advanced expertise in interventional cardiology, proven sales leadership, deep technical knowledge, business acumen, and the ability to build trust, loyalty, and respect across internal and external stakeholders.
Responsibilities- Develop and execute go-to-market strategies to drive business development and market penetration.
- Manage market access, tender bidding, award execution and contract renewal.
- Drive new client acquisition and strengthen customer retention to build long-term partnerships.
- Achieve sales growth objectives and support regional market expansion initiatives.
- Conduct effective stakeholder management across internal teams, clients, and external partners.
- Oversee end-to-end product lifecycle management to maximize product value and performance.
- Ensure full compliance with industry regulations, internal policies and quality standards.
- Lead team building, talent development and performance management to build a high-performance team.
- Be responsible for regional P&L management, including margin optimization and ROI improvement.
- Bachelor's degree in related field
- Minimum 8 years sales experience in medical device industry
- Expert understanding of cardiovascular anatomy, pathology, and physiology relevant to Jenscare medical products
- Ability to work and Excel within a fast paced, dynamic, and constantly changing work environment
- Self-driven and results-driven.
- Be willing to travel nationally;
- Proficiency in business-level English.
