Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role based in Rugby and Corby for a Maintenance Engineer. The Maintenance Engineer will be responsible for performing regular equipment maintenance, troubleshooting, and repairing equipment to ensure optimal performance. Tasks include conduct of preventative maintenance schedules, diagnosing faults, and implementing corrective actions to reduce downtime. The role requires collaboration with the operations team to support continuous improvements and maintain a safe and efficient work environment.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Equipment Maintenance and Maintenance Engineering
• Experience in Maintenance & Repair and Preventive Maintenance techniques
• Strong expertise in Electrical Maintenance
• Ability to analyze issues, identify solutions, and implement corrective actions effectively
• Relevant technical or engineering qualification or equivalent work experience
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
• Good communication skills and ability to work as part of a team
• Familiarity with health and safety standards in a manufacturing or industrial environment
