Overview
Electrical Maintenance Engineer – £48,200 plus benefits. 4 on / 4 off rotation – 12-hour shifts (7am-7pm & 7pm-7am). 16-day break every 6 weeks as part of the rota.
Key Responsibilities
- Carry out planned preventative maintenance and respond effectively to breakdowns, ensuring minimal downtime.
- Adhere to and promote all site Health & Safety, environmental, and maintenance policies and procedures.
- Support the implementation of maintenance strategies to enhance plant reliability and performance.
- Demonstrate strong problem-solving skills and a proactive attitude.
- Experience with PLCs, variable speed drives, and process instrumentation is highly desirable.
Requirements / Qualifications
Apprenticeship completed, HND, HNC, OND, ONC, City & Guilds, BTEC, NVQ in Electrical or Mechanical conversion to Electrical
