Salary - £55,000

Hours of work - Monday to Friday 8-5pm (with 1 week working early shifts 6-3pm)

Call Out - 1 week per month you will be on call out

Pension - 3% employee 5% employer

We are looking for a Multi Skilled Maintenance Engineer to join a small manufacturing site in York to help with PPM's, reactive maintenance activities and project work on site. You will be part of a small team, assisting with all activities that help the site run as efficiently as possible.

Engineers will ideally have experience working within a manufacturing environment (any manufacturing environment considered) maintaining the following machinery and equipment:

  • Conveyors
  • Elevators
  • Motors
  • PLC Controls (basic programming skills would be advantageous)
  • Sprockets
  • Coolers
  • Press machines
  • Steamers
  • Mixers
  • Conveyor Systems
  • Grinders
  • Pneumatic sliders

Qualifications - NVQ3 apprentice trained in the relevant field
