We're looking for a production operative who has experience of working with wood to join our client on a temporary basis starting on #removed#. Our client who designs and manufactures bespoke doors across the UK are based in Silsby, Leicester.
Pay: £14 p/h
Hours: Monday to Friday 08:00 - 16:30
What You'll Be Doing:
- Carrying out door installations, repairs, and remedial works in line with manufacturer guidance and British Standards
- Upgrading existing doorsets, including ironmongery, seals, closers, and frames
- Identifying non-compliance issues and completing corrective works
- Completing accurate inspection reports, certificates, and job documentation
- Ensuring all works comply with fire safety regulations and health & safety requirements
- Maintaining high standards of workmanship and customer service
What we're looking for:
- Minimum 1 years' experience working with wood or in a workshop.
- Exceptional eye for detail and a genuine passion for craftsmanship.
- Ability to plan, prioritise and deliver work to an exceptional standard.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills.
- Training is provided.
