The Derby based company is a leading expert in maintaining rail rolling stock and prides itself on working with all the top rail businesses in the country. Their precision in welding and fabricating is what makes them stand out and they are looking for someone to come in to the business in a newly created position to pave the way in weld training. The company have busy order books and are looking to increase the amount of welders and the welding training manager will both insure the quality is maintained and also to provide further training when suitable.
