We are currently recruiting for a Maintenance Engineer to join our fast-paced FMCG company based in the Milton Keynes area. The successful engineer will be working on a 3 on 3 off shift pattern covering both days and nights.
The Engineer technician will be:
- Maintaining and optimizing cutting-edge production and packaging machinery
- Troubleshooting mechanical and electrical issues
- Reducing downtime and boosting efficiency
- Carrying out planned PMs and reacting to and fixing production machinery breakdowns
Candidate requirements:
- FMCG, food, beverage, or high-speed production experience
- Qualified to NVQ level 3 or equivalent in electrical engineering is essential
- Familiarity with PLCs, automation, conveyors, and packaging lines
- Problem solving and able to work well in a pressurised environment
