Our client based in Rugby is looking for someone to join their expanding team, they're looking for a Maintenance Engineer (shift electrical technician). Main duties and Responsibilities: Carrying out planned engineering maintenance tasks whilst also responding in a timely manner to breakdown repairs whilst meeting safety, health, environmental and financial targets Support and enforce all maintenance strategies and policies at the plant Enforce safe operations whilst maintaining environmental compliance to achieve zero accidents and incidentsExperience & Qualifications: Time served apprenticeship or NVQ equivalent National certificate (or equivalent) in electrical Engineering Minimum 3 years proven experience in a heavy industrial process engineering environment Problem solving capabilities Positive, proactive, can-do attitude Experience with Electrical 3 phase motors, starter panels (MCC), PLC's, variable speed drives and process instrumentation would be an advantageShift pattern: 4 on 4 off shift. Rotates every 3 sets, nights to days. 12hr shifts (7-7). Every 6 weeks you will have 16-day rest period. Base Salary STE+5 shift allowance- £36,935 + £10,168= £47,103…
