We are currently recruiting a Multiskilled Maintenance Engineer to join our site-based engineering team at a busy food manufacturing facility. This is a days-only role, working Wednesday to Saturday, offering an excellent work-life balance and a competitive salary of just under £53,000 per annum.
The Role
- Carrying out planned preventative maintenance (PPMs) on plant and production machinery
- Diagnosing and rectifying electrical and mechanical faults
- Supporting continuous improvement and minimising downtime
- Ensuring all work is completed in line with food safety and health & safety standards
About You
- Time-served or qualified Maintenance Engineer
- Electrically or mechanically biased with strong multi-skilled capability
- Previous experience within food manufacturing or FMCG environments preferred
- Confident working on plant, processing machinery
- Proactive, reliable, and comfortable working independently on days
