In this role, you will act as the first line of defence for our clients’ technical environments. While the core of the position involves ad-hoc technical support (diagnosing issues, configuring hardware/software, and troubleshooting networks), every action you take will be guided by strict security protocols and data protection regulations. You will not only resolve technical faults but also ensure that all support activities align with our ISO 27001 Information Security Management System (ISMS). This role requires direct communication global colleagues and customers to explain security implications of technical issues, creating clear written documentation for audit trails, and triaging incidents with a focus on data integrity and confidentiality. About You: The ideal candidate is a motivated individual who views technical support through a security and compliance lens. You are passionate about protecting data and ensuring systems are secure, efficient, and compliant. You have a natural inclination towards security and understand the importance of data protection in every technical interaction. You possess excellent written and verbal communication skills, strong attention to detail and capable of explaining complex security concepts to non-technical stakeholders clearly and confidently.
