The role/Purpose
We are seeking an experienced Sales Associate to join our team. The role is customer-focused and would suit individuals who have knowledge and understanding of the RTW industry. The Sales Associate will provide our clients with a memorable 1st class experience with confidence, passion and a flexible approach.
What you will be doing:
- A one to one consultation, building a relationship and establishing the requirements of the client.
- Expert knowledge of our products, presenting product solutions that meet the clients' requirements.
- Introducing the customer to additional products that would complement their purchase.
- Ensuring consistent, excellent customer service that ensures our clients feel valued and would recommend us.
- Processing orders, payments, appointment bookings and general enquiries.
- Assisting with stock control.
- Processing and booking in deliveries.
- General housekeeping duties to maintain the boutique's aesthetic.
What we need from you:
- Proven retail experience within luxury brands; experience in RTW is desirable.
- Demonstrable exceptional customer service skills and ability to have one to one consultations.
- A consultative selling approach with enthusiasm, charisma and confidence.
- A proactive team player with a Can-Do attitude.
- Ability to adapt style to meet clients’ needs.
- Strong communication and people skills with a customer focus.
- Exceptional personal presentation standards.
- Additional language skills in Russian, Mandarin or Arabic would be beneficial but not essential.

Additional Information
