A rare opportunity to join a successful medium-sized organisation based in Hampshire as their new Financial Business Partner. This role offers hybrid working 3 days per week in the office. Reporting to the Chief Financial Officer and supervising 2 Accounts Assistants. Comes with a salary of £55-63,000. Hybrid.
The Role
The responsibilities of the Financial Business Partner include:
- Producing monthly management accounts and lead on reporting for several group entities
- Establishing a key working relationship with key internal stakeholders
- Producing full P&L for several workstreams
- Line managing and developing 2 Accounts Assistants
- Proactively working with non-finance colleagues to provide value-adding and innovative commercial/financial services, advice, and support
- Utilising advanced Excel spreadsheet skills, developing financial models to produce integrated P&L, Balance Sheet, and Cash Flows
About You:
- ACA/CIMA/ACCA Qualified Accountant
- Proven experience in producing accurate management accounts
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in order to engage with the business effectively
- The ability to mentor junior members of the team
