A fantastic mid-size firm with an enviable reputation in the music and entertainment sector is looking to grow its audit team. Reporting to the Audit Manager, you will work to drive success through passion, building strong relationships both internally and externally, supporting the growth of the team and the firm.
Duties will include:
- Full ownership of the audit process for your client portfolio
- Assist with managing the WIP, billing and fee recovery
- Delegate to and manage junior staff
- Highlight any issues and keep Partners and Managers up to date with progress or potential that could affect a deadline
- Strong IFRS and UK GAAP compliance
- Review statutory accounts preparation
Qualifications:
The ideal person will be ACA or ACCA qualified with a minimum of 2 years PQE from a small to medium-sized firm. A proven track record in IFRS, UK GAAP, and staff management and training, sound technical and commercial awareness.
