Our client is a fast-growing cybersecurity technology company looking for a GTM Engineer to take ownership of their marketing technology stack, reporting infrastructure and website operations.
This is a hands-on role where you'll work closely with marketing, sales and external partners to ensure data accuracy, reliable attribution, effective automation and strong website performance.
Key Responsibilities
- Own and manage HubSpot (Marketing Hub & Sales Hub)
- Build and optimise workflows, lead scoring and lifecycle management
- Manage Google Tag Manager and conversion tracking
- Maintain attribution, reporting accuracy and data quality
- Support LinkedIn Ads and digital campaign tracking
- Manage website updates, landing pages and optimisation
- Build dashboards and funnel reporting for leadership teams
- Maintain integrations across the marketing technology stack
- Identify opportunities to improve automation, reporting and processes
You'll ideally have:
- 3-5 years' experience in Marketing Operations, Revenue Operations or GTM Operations
- Strong HubSpot administration experience
- Hands-on Google Tag Manager expertise
- Experience with conversion tracking and attribution reporting
- Website CMS management experience
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Experience working within a B2B SaaS, technology or software business
- ABM platform experience
- Looker Studio, Databox or similar reporting tools
- Salesforce integrations
