Senior FP&A Analyst – Chelmsford Area£65K plus excellent benefits – hybrid working! A leading international business in the Chelmsford area is seeking a Senior FP&A Analyst to join the team. It’s a varied role, and you will be involved in balance sheet and cashflow budgeting and forecasting, financial modelling and analysis. If you are fully qualified CIMA/ACCA and a data whizz and spreadsheet pro, read on! Please note, we can only accept fully qualified candidates for this role. The role:
- Analysing business performance including revenue forecasting and trend analysis.
- Developing and maintaining multi-currency balance sheet forecast model to help manage currency exposure using data analysis and trends.
- Driving accurate cashflow forecasting across multiple European entities.
- Business partner with the treasury team and internal business units.
- Managing the groups budgeting, forecasting and reporting requirements.
- Creating new internal reporting and planning processes to improve the flow of financial information
- Preparing management reports, dashboards, and presentations for senior leadership.
- Assisting in the development of key performance indicators (KPIs) and financial metrics.
- Supporting ad hoc financial analysis and scenario modelling projects
- Ideally 5 plus years of UK experience in FP&A in any sector.
- Multi-currency balance sheet and cashflow forecasting experience.
- Qualified accountant (CIMA/ACCA).
- Strong proficiency in Excel, financial modelling, multi entity cashflow and balance sheet forecasting.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong communication skills, working with different levels across the organisation.
- Proactive mindset, with a strong aptitude to follow and improve existing processes.
- Comfortable working with large datasets and complex financial structures.
