Are you an experienced Quality Engineer with a passion for precision and continuous improvement? This is an exciting opportunity to join an established manufacturer.
Your Responsibilities
- Identifying and resolving quality issues, and leading continuous improvement initiatives
- Supporting contract reviews to ensure customer requirements are met and flowed down effectively
- Helping to design and implement an APQP (Advanced Product Quality Planning) framework
- Participating in internal and external audits to ensure compliance with relevant quality standards
- Contributing to Lean Six Sigma projects aimed at reducing waste and process variation
What We’re Looking For
- Confident, detail-driven professional with a solid background in quality within a regulated environment
- Ideally 2+ years’ experience in Automotive, Aerospace, Defence, Medical, or other precision-driven industry
- Strong working knowledge of quality frameworks such as ISO 9001, AS9100, or IATF 16949
- Comfortable using data and analysis to drive decisions and improvements
- A collaborative mindset with the ability to work across teams and departments
