About the Role
CWAY Group is a multinational enterprise founded in 1999 by Mr. Onest Che in Nigeria. Over the past 24 years, CWAY has expanded rapidly and now operates 16 manufacturing plants across Nigeria, Egypt, Kenya, and China, employing thousands of staff. We are now seeking dynamic professionals to join our growing leadership team across key functions.
We are seeking a dynamic Group HR Director to lead strategic HR initiatives, organizational development, and global talent management across its multinational operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop HR policies and systems across recruitment, performance, training, and compensation.
- Advise top management on organizational design and human capital strategy.
- Oversee HR governance and compliance across all subsidiaries.
- Lead HR teams to deliver consistent practices and talent pipelines.
- Champion employee engagement and culture initiatives.
Requirements
- Degree in Human Resource Management or Business Administration.
- 10+ years in HR management within manufacturing/FMCG, with 5+ in leadership.
- Strong cross-cultural communication and leadership skills.
- Excellent command of English; proficiency in Mandarin is an advantage for communicating with the Chairman.
