About the Role
CWAY Group is a multinational enterprise founded in 1999 by Mr. Onest Che in Nigeria. Over the past 24 years, CWAY has expanded rapidly and now operates 16 manufacturing plants across Nigeria, Egypt, Kenya, and China, employing thousands of staff. We are now seeking dynamic professionals to join our growing leadership team across key functions. We are looking for an experienced Deputy Finance Director to lead CWAY’s regional financial management, drive process improvements, and ensure strong governance across subsidiaries.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee group-level financial operations and reporting frameworks.
- Provide strategic advice to senior management and lead budgeting exercises.
- Manage treasury functions, including foreign exchange and bank relationships.
- Ensure compliance with tax and audit requirements.
- Develop finance leadership teams across the group.
Requirements
- Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related discipline.
- 10+ years of finance leadership experience in manufacturing.
- Strong ERP and financial reporting experience.
- Excellent communication and team leadership skills.
- Fluent in English; Mandarin proficiency is an advantage for communicating with the Chairman.
