Are you an organised, efficient, and proactive administrator with a passion for providing exceptional support? \\n\\nBased on site full-time in Canary Wharf you will be joining a friendly and professional team, providing a variety of secretarial and administrative support to the office. \\n \\nThe role offers a fantastic opportunity to contribute to a dynamic and supportive environment.\\n \\n Key Responsibilities:\\n \\nProviding comprehensive secretarial and administrative support to the office \\nAssisting with client onboarding and maintaining accurate client databases \\nEnsuring client documentation is complete \\nAssisting in preparing financial documents accountancy software \\nHandling telephone enquiries and delivering accurate messages \\nManaging appointment bookings and scheduling \\nAudio typing of documents and correspondence \\nManaging incoming and outgoing post \\nSupporting the team with virtual filing of documents \\nProviding general administrative support Skills and Attributes:\\n \\nExcellent interpersonal and communication skills \\nProactive and efficient secretarial and administrative support \\nStrong ability to prioritise a heavy workload and meet strict deadlines \\nProficient IT skills, including Word, Excel, and Outlook, including fast & accurate audio typing If you have recent secretarial and administrative experience and you are looking to join a well-established and growing organisation, this may be the next step for you! \\n\\nWe are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented individual who enjoys supporting a team, if you have relevant work experience, we would love to hear from you
