With a strong global presence, you will be creating impactful experiences for large corporate clients, providing exceptional customer service. You will be a highly motivated and experienced Global Event Manager, able to lead a team in the planning, execution, and management of international events. This role requires a dynamic individual with a proven ability to manage and deliver first-class events internationally. Although you will be based in the London offices, there will be extensive international travel within your role.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Leading and managing a team of Coordinators throughout the event lifecycle
  • Liaising with customers and suppliers to ensure smooth event planning and operational success
  • Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, stakeholders, and partners
  • Managing complex supply chain coordination
  • Ensuring events meet quality, timelines, and budgets, providing service excellence
  • Overseeing day-to-day resource, staff, and supplier management for all events
  • Extensive travel, including site visits, event execution, and management on event days
  • Troubleshooting any issues effectively before and during events
  • Contingency planning for events
  • Analysing and evaluating event performance to ensure continuous improvement
  • Collaborating with internal departments to ensure events run within budgets
  • Providing detailed post-event reports and recommendations

Skills Required:

  • Proven experience in global event management, including budgeting and cost control
  • Strong leadership and team management skills, problem-solving and decision-making skills
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Proven track record in managing supply chains, contract negotiation and customer relationships
  • Strong organisational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities
  • Ability to travel globally on a regular basis
  • Proficiency in event management software
  • Experience working in fast-paced environments with tight deadlines
