Are you a data enthusiast passionate about making a difference? We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Database Executive to join a reputable organisation based in Stanmore. Key Responsibilities:

  • Data management, continuously reviewing and updating the database and data processes.
  • Processing, cleansing and manipulating data, merging any duplicate records.
  • Importing electronic data from various sources.
  • Monitoring email bounce-backs and out-of-office messages to maintain accurate records.
  • Database support and development including maintaining up-to-date training guides.
  • Developing and improving data processes to support fundraising strategies.
  • Assisting with analysis, insights, and reporting of fundraising data.
  • Preparing data for fundraising marketing and communications.
  • Adhering to data compliance & Best Practice in line with regulation.
  • Building strong relationships with stakeholders and donors through effective communication.
  • Providing support during fundraising events and assisting with data input.

Essential Experience/Skills:

  • Experience working in a similar role within the charity sector.
  • Advanced user of a database or CRM, including a charity database.
  • Experience running queries, reports, and exporting data.
  • Experience performing data health routines.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
  • Understanding of relational databases.
  • Excellent IT skills and analytical mindset.
