Credit Controller - Professional Services

You will be highly motivated and results-orientated in order to join this growing team.\\n   \\n Duties include:\\n \\nProactively chase overdue payments from clients across various sectors, minimising aged and bad debt.

\\nEfficiently process credit card payments. \\nManage direct debit and standing order setups and payment requests. \\nAccurately allocate unidentified payments.

\\nRespond promptly and professionally to client enquiries regarding invoices and payments. \\nMaintain accurate and up-to-date records within the credit control system. \\nSupervise the credit control process to ensure efficiency and accuracy.

\\nAdhere to all professional standards and best practices. \\nBuild and maintain strong relationships with clients and colleagues.
