Duties include:
- Assisting the Head of Compliance with periodic review of policies, procedures and controls
- File audit and call monitoring
- Identifying and investigating potential fraudulent crimes, including analysing data
- Preparing compliance monitoring reports for the senior leadership team
- Collating MI information including Compliance Registers
- Handling customer complaints in line with policy and regulation
- Assisting with the delivery of colleague training, liaising with a variety of internal teams
- Supporting with regulatory reporting
- Assisting with periodic reviews of policies, procedures and controls
