- Office based customer services position, working 9am-5.30pm Monday-Friday
- Hybrid working after first 6 months training, extra birthday day off and free gym classes

Duties include:
- Coordinating bookings from a variety of third parties, as well as organising any changes to these
- Handling multiple customer queries at any one time over the phone
- Completing administration for all customer cases using MS Office and in-house systems
- Handling a variety of customer emails
- Liaising with different teams internally and businesses externally
