This is an exciting time to be joining this well established and professional organisation who will always be looking to develop their staff. You will be based in the office full-time, working 9am-5.30pm Monday-Friday.
Duties include:
- First point of contact for customers and third parties.
- Handling a range of enquiries, supporting third parties with queries via email, incoming post and telephone calls.
- Administration to support other teams, checking documentation and ensuring systems are updated.
- Obtaining additional information to ensure files are complete.
- Reviewing and checking a range of documents, using a variety of computer packages.
- Speaking with customers over the telephone to verify information.
We are looking for candidates who enjoy a combination of administration tasks and who have excellent customer service skills. You will be proactive, professional and motivated, as well as having the drive to succeed. You will also need a keen eye for detail, strong numerical skills and the ability to prioritise your workload.
