We are seeking an experienced Part-Time Maintenance Person to join our friendly, hands-on team. This role is ideal for someone practical, reliable, and looking for meaningful work with flexibility. This is a part-time position, with the option for additional hours over time as our homes and needs continue to grow.

The role involves:
- Carrying out general maintenance and minor repairs across our residential homes
- Routine checks and upkeep of buildings and outdoor areas
- Monitoring and maintaining health and safety standards
- Reporting larger repair needs and coordinating with management or contractors
- Helping ensure communal spaces remain safe, welcoming, and well cared for
- Basic knowledge of health and safety requirements
