Support Worker
Location: Hailsham & Eastbourne – Full Time (Part-time may be available)
Pay: £12.21 – £15.48 per hour
Jemini Response provides community-based, 24/7 residential care in Eastbourne and Hailsham. We support individuals with autism and learning disabilities, focusing on enhancing quality of life and developing lives through meaningful opportunities.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver person‑centred care that promotes dignity, choice, and independence.
- Implement care plans and support daily living.
- Contribute to a Positive Behaviour Support culture.
- Support daily routines, including cooking, cleaning, and community access.
- Assist with interventions and liaise with external agencies as required.
Qualifications & Skills
- Excellent communication skills.
- Experience or interest in supporting individuals with autism and learning disabilities.
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team and independently when required.
