What You'll Do:
- Carry out servicing, maintenance, and repair work to manufacturer standards
- Diagnose and resolve vehicle faults using specialist diagnostic equipment
- Complete vehicle health checks and record findings accurately
- Prepare vehicles for MOT testing and resolve advisory issues
- Ensure efficiency and productivity targets are met consistently
- Work closely with service advisors to provide accurate repair times and updates
- Maintain high standards of housekeeping and compliance with health & safety regulations
- Deliver excellent workmanship, ensuring customer satisfaction and repeat business
What We're Looking For:
- A Level 3 qualified Vehicle Technician
- A valid MOT licence (preferred)
- Experience in a main dealer environment preferred, or from an independent with strong diagnostic software skills
- Strong understanding of vehicle servicing, diagnostics, and repair processes
- High levels of efficiency with a results-driven approach
- A full UK driving licence is essential
- A positive, proactive attitude with a focus on teamwork and delivering results
