At Toyota Croydon, we are looking for an enthusiastic Car Sales Executive to join our growing team and contribute to the continued success of our award-winning dealership. This is your opportunity to sell the latest hybrid and electric vehicle technology in a premium showroom environment, with full manufacturer training, an uncapped commission structure, and the support of a high-performing team.
What You'll Do
- Build strong, lasting relationships with customers by delivering outstanding service
- Understand customer needs and recommend appropriate vehicles and finance packages
- Present and explain add-on products such as service plans, insurance, and accessories
- Guide customers through the entire buying process from enquiry to handover
- Maintain accurate customer records on internal systems
- Follow up with new and existing customers to maximise future sales
- Achieve personal and team sales targets on a monthly and quarterly basis
- Ensure compliance with all regulatory and manufacturer standards
- Deliver a five-star customer experience from first contact to aftersales support
Qualifications & Experience
- Previous experience in sales within a dealership environment is essential, ideally in a Car Sales Executive role
- Confident communicator with excellent interpersonal skills
- Proactive, professional, and enthusiastic approach
- Self-motivated and capable of working independently and as part of a team
- Comfortable working towards targets in a fast-paced environment
- A full UK driving licence is required
Compensation
- £20,000 basic salary
- Uncapped commission – realistic OTE of £55,000
- Company car provided
