Start your career in vehicle body repair with Toyota Bracknell. We have an exciting opportunity for an Apprentice Panel Beater to join our Toyota Bracknell Bodyshop, part of the Jemca Car Group. This is a fantastic entry-level role for someone who is genuinely interested in learning a skilled trade and building a long-term career within the automotive industry. You will work alongside an experienced Panel Beater and a wider Bodyshop team, gaining hands-on experience while completing a 3-year training programme, with clear earning potential upon qualification.
Responsibilities
- Assist senior technicians with panel repairs and replacements under supervision
- Learn and apply manufacturer-approved repair processes and techniques
- Ensure vehicles are properly protected throughout all repair stages
- Prepare panels and vehicle parts for repair and refinish
- Maintain tools, equipment, and a clean, safe working environment
- Follow all Health & Safety requirements and use PPE correctly
What You’ll Need
- A genuine interest in the automotive industry ideally within the Bodyshop
- Minimum level 3 in Maths and English
- Commitment to completing a 3-year apprenticeship programme
- Willingness to learn and take direction from experienced technicians
- Strong attention to detail and pride in quality workmanship
- Positive attitude and ability to work as part of a team
- No previous experience required - full training provided
