About our Clients

This very busy 100 plus place Nursery in central Woking, on great transport links and with onsite parking, are looking for a room leader to join their team. Working Monday to Friday 40 hrs, our clients are offering a salary up to £30k depending on experience together with fantastic benefits with this growing provider. Requirements

  • Have a minimum Level 3 Qualification or equivalent in Early Years / Childcare.
  • Experience of leading and supporting a team.
  • A genuine love for working with children and a commitment to providing the best start in life.
  • A solid understanding of child development, the Birth to 5 Matters framework, and the EYFS curriculum.
  • Form bonds with children and their families, ensuring each child feels secure and supported.
  • Team player with excellent communication skills, the ability to give and receive feedback, and a positive, proactive approach.
  • Promote high standards of quality within the nursery in respect of the environment, resources and experiences offered to children.
  • Assume key carer responsibilities for designated children.
