An experienced Nursery Room Leader is required by this lovely client based in Winnersh, to step up to Third in Charge, working alongside the management team. Working a 40 hr week, Monday to Friday, a fantastic salary is being offered at approximately £33k depending on experience, together with great benefits.
Requirements
- Level 3 Early Years / Childcare qualification (full and relevant)
- Minimum 1 year’s experience leading a room in a nursery or early years setting
- Knowledge of child development, EYFS, and safeguarding
- Deliver high-quality care and learning experiences within your room and the wider nursery setting
- Ensure compliance with Ofsted requirements
- Build positive relationships with children, families, and colleagues in the nursery setting
