About our Clients
Our clients lovely Nursery in Winnersh are looking for an experienced Nursery Deputy Manager to join the team in supporting the daily running of the nursery. This role is initially a maternity cover post, working a 40 hr week with salary c£33k plus great benefits.

Requirements
- Have a minimum Level 3 Qualification or equivalent in Early Years / Childcare.
- At least 3 years experience of working within a day nursery.
- Experience of a management role, in leading and supporting teams.
- Understanding of the Ofsted Requirements and up to date knowledge of all changes in Ofsted or the Curriculum.
- A genuine love for working with children and a commitment to providing the best start in life.
- A solid understanding of child development and the EYFS curriculum.
- Form bonds with children and their families, ensuring each child feels secure and supported.
- Team Player with excellent communication skills, the ability to give and receive feedback, and a positive, proactive approach.
- Promote high standards of quality within the nursery in respect of the environment, resources and experiences offered to children.
