About our Clients

Our clients are a fantastic large and very busy setting in Wellingborough. They are looking for level 3 or above experienced and passionate Early Years Practitioners to join their team. Working 40 hours a week, the salary is £27K plus mega benefits.

Requirements

• Have a minimum Level 3 Qualification or equivalent in Early Years / Childcare.
• Experience of leading and supporting a team.
• A genuine love for working with children and a commitment to providing the best start in life.
• A solid understanding of child development, the Birth to 5 Matters framework and the EYFS curriculum.
• Form bonds with children and their families, ensuring each child feels secure and supported.
• Team‑player with excellent communication skills, the ability to give and receive feedback and a positive proactive approach.
• Promote high standards of quality within the nursery in respect of the environment, resources and experiences offered to children.
• Assume key carer responsibilities for designated children.
