Our clients, a very established Nursery in Watford, are looking for a Nursery Deputy Manager to work with the manager in the day-to-day running of this very busy and large setting. This is an exciting opportunity to be part of this growing provider. Working 40 hours, this role is offering a salary of approximately £35k plus great benefits, onsite parking, and good transport links.

What our Clients are looking for:
- A minimum Level 3 Early Years / Childcare qualification (full and relevant)
- A minimum of 3 years’ experience leading or supporting a team in a nursery or early years setting
- Experience in a management role, supporting the nursery in the absence of the Manager
- Strong knowledge of EYFS, Ofsted requirements, and safeguarding practices
- Support and supervise staff while delivering high-quality care and education across the nursery setting
- Ensure compliance with policies and procedures within the setting
- Build positive relationships with children, families, and staff in the nursery setting
