In central Walton on Thames, this very large 100 plus place setting are looking for a senior team member as Third in Charge, working alongside the management team in supporting the day to day running of their lovely setting. Great salary is being offered c£34k based on a 40 hr working week, with loads of great benefits and opportunities for future career progression with this busy local nursery Provider. Requirements
Ideally you will have Have a minimum Level 3 Qualification in Early Years / Childcare Have at least 3 years\’ previous experience of working in a Day Nursery Have at least 2 years\’ experience of leading and supporting teams Can inspire, energise and support others Has a genuine passion and excitement to work with children and helping others learn Sound knowledge of the latest EYFS framework and regulations A firm knowledge of Ofsted standards and requirements.
