An experienced Nursery Deputy Manager is being sought by our Clients in Royal Tunbridge Wells, this is a supernumerary role, working alongside the manager of the setting supporting the day to day operations.
Working 40 hr week Monday to Friday, with salary c£33k depending on experience together with a joining bonus. Great benefits too, and future career progression with this growing provider.
Requirements
- A minimum Level 3 Early Years / Childcare qualification (full and relevant)
- A minimum 3 years’ experience leading or supporting a team in a nursery or early years setting
- Has experience of being in a management role, supporting the nursery in the absence of the Manager
- Strong knowledge of EYFS, Ofsted requirements, and safeguarding practices
- Support and supervise staff while delivering high-quality care and education across the nursery setting
- Ensure compliance with policies and procedures within the setting
- Build positive relationships with children, families, and staff in the nursery setting
